Grant Broshears believes in living life to its fullest, no matter the challenges.
For the first 16 years of his life, he felt invincible. Then, a spinal cord injury dramatically altered his reality. Suddenly, he faced not only physical limitations but also a profound emotional journey.
This experience became a crucible, forging within him a deeper appreciation for life’s preciousness. Stripped of certain physical abilities, he developed a heightened awareness and sharpened his observational skills. He calls this perspective Analysis by Paralysis: A Quad’s Eye View of the World. (A “Quad” refers to a quadriplegic, someone with paralysis in all four limbs.) This unique viewpoint allows him to see the world with a clarity he never had before.
Though he relies on others for some daily activities, he remains determined to break barriers through intellectual engagement and a focus on universal truths. He calls these truths the “G-Code”—principles for living a meaningful life. His goal is to activate the Inner G-In-Us—the inherent goodness within each person (the “genius energy”)—to help optimize the world.
Through this perspective, he has become a source of hope, offering coping strategies infused with insight and humor.
His mission is to inspire resilience and demonstrate the power of the human spirit. With humor, wisdom, and a passionate belief in humanity’s potential, he invites others to embrace the Human Tribe—a community that thrives on unity and collaboration.
